CISS-Group manufactures oil and gas equipment for gas and oil wells on land and offshore.

At present, many companies are faced with the issue of import substitution of foreign-made equipment and spare parts. We solved this problem with the help of reengineering technologies. We take measurements with a 3D scanner according to the provided sample, determine the materials and obtain a digital model of the equipment in real time.

Our specialists carry out reverse engineering and, based on the data obtained, prepare a set of technical documentation in the shortest possible time. Next, we produce and test a prototype of the part, if necessary, we adjust the design documentation. The final stage of our work is the production of finished equipment on our own CNC machines.
